Undocumented Medi-Cal members ages 19 and over, if you currently have full scope Medi-Cal you can keep your full scope Medi-Cal if you don’t lose your coverage. To keep your full scope Medi-Cal:
- Complete your annual renewal

Reply to the county’s request for information

Keep the county updated if you move or change your phone number
If your coverage stops, you will have 90 days to re-enroll and potentially keep your full scope Medi-Cal. If you re-enroll after 90 days, you will only be eligible to restricted scope Medi-Cal.
Income-eligible children 0-18 and pregnant people can enroll in full scope Medi-Cal, no matter their immigration status. Coverage is for the entire pregnancy and one year after the pregnancy ends.

Medi-Cal is health care coverage for qualifying persons who live in California who have income and resources below established limits.
