Yolo County Airport has thirteen hangars and nine tie-down spaces that we lease directly to the public. Interest in hangars is high with an approximate 1-2 years wait.

To reserve a spot on the waiting list for an aircraft hangar, be sure to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations for renting and maintaining a hangar, as well as the fees involved. Applications require a non-refundable $50.00 reservation guarantee fee per hangar. This fee will be applied to your first month's rent when a hangar becomes available.

The current rate for a hangar is $375 ($187.50 for a half-hangar), and $50 monthly for tie downs.  Hangar lease payments are paid quarterly and is calculated each year based on the Consumer Price Index. There is a $500 security deposit due at the time of hangar rental. This last fee is refundable at termination of the lease, given the hangar's condition is accepted by the airport manager.

 Hangars are T-hangars, approximately 30' X 40' with sliding doors, enclosed within electronic gates.
