Yolo County utilizes Beacon to advertise their formal solicitations. To view specifications or receive updates, click a solicitation below, and fill out the form “Get on Interest List” on Beacon. You will receive an email with a link to download attachments. Beacon is free for bidders.

Registration Process to submit a bid or proposal

Yolo is transitioning to Beacon Bid for all bid/proposal submissions.

As of January 13, 2025, Yolo County will transition away from Bidsync/Periscope and fully utilize Beacon Bid for all public solicitations. For all solicitations posted on or after January 13, 2025, suppliers will be required to register and submit bids/proposals through the county's Beacon Bid portal.

Note: Current bids posted on Bidsync prior January 13, 2025 will require all submissions to be upload on Bidsync/Periscope.

Bid submission is free for suppliers. In order to submit bids/proposals, suppliers must be listed on the "Interest List" by filling out the free form where the solicitation is posted on Beacon.

All suppliers are encouraged to sign up for the county's solicitation alerts by visiting this link: https://www.beaconbid.com/solicitations/yolo-county/register

It is the Supplier’s sole responsible to maintain and update their profile information at all times.

Our new e-Procurement Portal will allow interested parties to do the following:

Register to bid and receive relevant notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement Portal by selecting Subscribe.
Follow updates to any solicitations- so interested suppliers will receive amendments and addenda automatically.
Submit questions and receive answers on open solicitations.
Guide suppliers through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc. to ensure submissions have been completed accurately.

Standard instructions for submitting a bid or proposal

Review the solicitation documents to understand and follow the directions for submitting a bid or proposal. Your proposal must be received before the published end date and time when the solicitation closes. Bids and proposals submitted any other method will not be accepted.
