Service Information 

The Willowbank County Service Area (CSA 12) was established in May of 1996 to provide water service (map of district).  Water service is now provided by the City of Davis and customers are direct billed by the City.  The County continues to collect a $35/parcel fee on the annual tax roll for management of the CSA. View online tax statements. 

The Willowbank CSA is governed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors and the policies and procedures of the County of Yolo (which are available upon request), and is advised by the Willowbank CSA Advisory Committee.  Those interested in serving on the advisory committee can apply here  Serving on the Willowbank CSA advisory committee is a non-compensated appointment.

Yard Trimmings Collection

2026 Yard Trimmings Collection Calendar

The Willowbank Claw Pickup Calendar (link above) defines the days in yellow that residents are allowed to have piles out and the green collection days throughout the year.  On all other days, residents are not allowed to place piles out.  If yard trimming piles are out on non-yellow or non-green days, residents should submit a complaint through the Code Enforcement Complaint Form link below.  If you do not receive a response within a few days, please reach out to the CSA Administrative Support Team at YoloCSA@yolocounty.gov or (530) 666-8157 and they will follow up with Code Enforcement.
