The North Davis Meadows County Service Area (CSA 10) was established on May 12, 1987 to provide for sewer, water, drainage, street lighting and landscaping services (map of district). The CSA is funded by collecting fees for these services which are charged on an annual basis. View charges for these services which are applied annually to the property tax bill. Online tax statements are available.
The North Davis Meadows CSA is governed by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors and the policies and procedures of the County of Yolo (which are available upon request), and is advised by the North Davis Meadows CSA Advisory Committee. Those interested in service on the advisory committee can apply using the online form. Participation on the North Davis Meadows CSA Advisory Committee is a voluntary basis. There is no compensation for participation.

Water Consolidation Project
During Fiscal Year 2024-25, the NDM CSA began construction of the Water Consolidation Project. The Project consolidates NDM's water (currently on wells) with City of Davis water in an effort to improve stability, efficiency, and quality. Information about the Project will be available at the link below.

Irrigation Water Project
In Fall 2023, the North Davis Meadows CSA Advisory Committee recommended an irrigation feasibility study to examine whether the existing NDM1 and NDM2 wells may continue to be used for irrigation demands (the “Irrigation Project”). The County contracted with Luhdorff and Scalmanini Consulting Engineers (LSCE) to conduct the irrigation feasibility study. You may review the study here: North Davis Meadows Irrigation System Feasibility Study.
After the feasibility study was completed, a project survey was mailed to North Davis Meadows residents requesting community input in November 2024. The majority of the responses received showed interest in pursuing the Irrigation Project. At its January 7th, 2025 NDM CSA Advisory Committee meeting, the Committee recommended moving forward with a request for proposals for a rate study to determine costs that each parcel would incur to support the Irrigation Project. The request for consulting services for an irrigation project rate study can be found here. Questions about the project can be sent to YoloCSA@yolocounty.gov.
Grinder Pumps
Please remember during the holidays and major storm events to keep water usage to a minimum. Follow the procedures outlined in the updated Grinder Pump Owners Guide and if needed, contact the CSA's certified grinder pump provider, Signa Mechanical, via their North Davis Meadows Member Portal. This portal will allow you to request service online, provide additional contact information and link to more information about how your grinder pump station works, what to do if there is an alarm, etc.
Note: Signa operations are primarily during business hours on weekdays. It is important to contact Signa as soon as you become aware of an issue with your grinder pump so that it can be resolved during business hours and doesn't become a larger issue. However, Signa will follow-up on weekend/holiday contact if you leave a message. See links below for more information related to grinder pumps.
