The Yolo County Transportation Advisory Committee advises the Board of Supervisors concerning transportation matters. It also reviews and makes policy recommendations regarding planning, financing, development, and maintenance of routes and facilities for public transportation, bicycling, surface transportation, canals, bridges, and ground access to aviation; county, regional, metropolitan, state, and federal transportation improvement plans; and other transportation related items identified by the committee or Board of Supervisors.

The Yolo County Transportation Advisory Committee consists of seven members. The Board of Supervisors is responsible for appointing one member from each of the five districts and one member to represent bicycling. The Yolo County Transportation District is responsible for appointing one member to represent the agency.

Regular meetings of the committee are held the fourth Thursday of every other month in the Cache Creek Room at the Department of Community Services at 292 West Beamer Street in Woodland, California.

Agendas are generally available 72 hours in advance of each meeting.
