  • PLEASE NOTE:  ROAD CLOSURE INFORMATION IS UPDATED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
  • Sandbags are NOT available from the Yolo County Public Works Division but generally are available at your local hardware store, or in extreme events, may be available through your local Fire District.
  • If you are looking for shelters, emergency preparedness resources or other emergency-related information, link to the Yolo County Office of Emergency Services.  For emergencies that require immediate attention, call 9-1-1.

    Continuing and Upcoming Road Closures 

    SUBJECT TO CHANGE

    1.Old River Rd. between CR 126 & approximately 1,000-feet north of the CR 126/Old River Rd. intersection; alternate detour road section will be active from 9/23/23 to 12/31/26 (subject to change).  Army Corps of Engineers project to widen the Sacramento Bypass flood control structure to mitigate flood risks and safeguarding the areas adjoining the Sacramento River.  Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.  Stay tuned to our 'Road Closures' page for future updates.
