Yolo County
Home MenuWhat is the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Action Plan?
Yolo County is developing a Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Action Plan to expand access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable transportation options across the county. The plan is part of the County’s broader effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality, and create healthier, more resilient communities in line with our 2030 Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.
Community voices are essential to shaping this plan. Through outreach, partnerships, and listening sessions, Yolo County is working to ensure the ZEV Action Plan reflects local priorities and supports a more sustainable and just transportation future, particularly for communities most impacted by transportation barriers—including rural communities, low-income households, farmworkers, seniors (65+), and individuals with disabilities.
