The 2026-2027 Commercial Cannabis Renewal Application is now available. The application is eligible only to cultivators who have an approved Cannabis Use Permit and obtained a valid 2025-2026 commercial cannabis cultivation license. The application has been streamlined and will require submission only of documents not previously placed in perpetuity during the current year. We hope you find it more user friendly, time-efficient, and less burdensome to complete.(Cultivators with an approved Cannabis Use Permit who did not obtain a 2025-2026 license should contact me directly on or after January 5, 2026 so that I may provide the correct application via email.)
