Meeting Calendar - The Board of Supervisors typically meets on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Select this link to identify specific meeting dates. Residents are encouraged to provide input and feedback to the Board of Supervisors. To share your thoughts with the Board you may:

  • Attend a Board of Supervisors meeting and request time to make brief remarks
  • Submit a written statement via e-mail: clerkoftheboard@yolocounty.gov or Yolo County Board of Supervisors, 625 Court Street, Room 204, Woodland, CA 95695

Meeting Agendas, Minutes and Archived Videos - Link here for past and pending Board of Supervisors meeting agendas and minutes, as well as links to view archived videos.  For assistance, please contact the Clerk of the Board's Office (530) 666-8195 or by email at Clerkoftheboard@yolocounty.gov.

To download video segments, follow these instructions:

  • Go to https://www.yolocounty.gov/government/board-of-supervisors/board-meetings/board-of-supervisors-meeting-agendas-minutes
  • The current month’s meeting will appear but if you want to find an alternate meeting, either select the month and year or click on Previous Period, or Next Period.
  • Click on Video under Other Links of the video you're interested in reviewing.
  • Once open, scroll down through the Video Index under the video, then click on the hyperlink of the item you want to download
  • Click on the Share this Video tab next to Full Agenda opposite the video
  • Click the Download button
  • It will say ‘preparing video’
  • Once it’s ready to download, click Download
  • The file will appear under the arrow at the top right of the browser. It may take a few minutes for it to download.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPCOMING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETINGS:

  1. Effective January 10, 2023, all meetings of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors will be held in person at the Board Chambers, located at 625 Court Street, Woodland, Room 206. Please note: Zoom participation will no longer be supported. While the Board chambers are open for public attendance, you are strongly encouraged to observe the livestream of the Board meeting at Meetings Live Streaming Page (once on this page, click Live).

  2. In addition to live in person public comment, members of the public are welcome to submit written comments by 4:00 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting to provide Board Members and interested members of the public a reasonable opportunity to review comments in advance of the meeting. Any written comments received will be available as an attachment corresponding with the agenda item. (Meetings Agendas & Minutes Page) Written comments should be emailed to clerkoftheboard@yolocounty.gov or send to 625 Court Street, Room 204 Woodland, CA 95695. If you are submitting written comments on a particular item on the agenda, please identify the agenda item number.  All written comments are distributed to Board Members, filed in the record, and will not be read aloud. Written comments received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday will be distributed to Board members and made available to the public for review after the Clerk’s office opens the following morning. 

  3. To ensure all interested parties have an opportunity to speak, each public comment is limited to two minutes.
