In-Home Supportive Services provides assistance to eligible aged, blind, and disabled individuals receiving Medi-Cal benefits who are unable to remain safely in their own homes without assistance. The program provides support so individuals are able to return to their home from a hospital, nursing home, or board-and-care facility.
