 Nurse Home Visiting Program provides free in-home visits and support for pregnant and parenting families.

To be eligible for the Yolo County Nurse Home Vising Program, participants must:

  • Live in Yolo County
  • Be a pregnant or parenting individual with   child under the age of 2 1/2
  • Be low-income
