Independent Living Skills Program offers assistance in gaining life skills necessary in order to become self-sufficient and successful adults. In order to qualify for the program, you must be:

  • 14-21 years old
  • emancipating/emancipated out of the foster care system or were on probation
  • in an out-of-home placement
