The Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency’s (HHSA) Oral Health Program, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente and Smile Dental Services, will offer free mobile dental services at the Yolo County Children’s Alliance (YCCA) Back-to-School Resource Fair on Saturday, July 25, from 8 a.m. to noon at River City High School, 1 Raider Lane in West Sacramento.

Smile Dental Services will provide dental exams, fluoride varnish treatments, dental sealants, oral health education, and referrals for additional care for youth ages 0 to 20. HHSA’s Oral Health Program will also be on site to distribute oral health resources, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and educational materials.

Services are limited to Yolo County residents, and proof of residency is required. There are no income, insurance or school enrollment requirements. A parent must attend and provide consent for services provided to a minor.

The partnership aims to expand access to dental care for youth throughout Yolo County and connect families with ongoing dental services. The participating organizations also share the goal of improving oral health outcomes for residents.

HHSA’s Oral Health Program works to prevent dental disease and connect residents with quality dental care through school dental screenings, oral health education, and community outreach throughout Yolo County. The program will host additional mobile dental events across the County throughout 2026.
