The Yolo County Elections Office is pleased to announce the installation of a new 24-hour Official Ballot Drop Box in the City of Winters to provide voters with another secure and convenient option for returning their vote-by-mail ballots.

To celebrate the new location, Yolo County Elections will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Community members are invited to attend and learn more about voting options and election services available in Yolo County.

The new ballot drop box expands access for voters in the Winters community by offering a secure, accessible, and convenient 24/7 ballot return option during elections. Winters voters may also return their vote-by-mail ballots at the interior Official Ballot Drop Box located inside Lorenzo’s Market (121 E. Grant Avenue, Winters) during business hours.
