PUBLIC NOTICE - Spanish


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yolo County Board of Supervisors will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 625 Court Street, Room 206 in Woodland. The purpose of the public hearing is to review Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) eligible activities and collect Yolo County residents’ views on housing and community development needs, including services, facilities, and/or infrastructure that will improve livability within the community. The project is provided by the California Housing and Community Development Authority.
Persons interested in this matter are encouraged to appear at the public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and offer comments during the course of the hearing or by submitting written comments by 4:00 p.m. on March 23, 2026 to provide the Board of Supervisors and interested members of the public an opportunity to review the comments in advance of the meeting. Written comments should be sent to Clerk of the Board, 625 Court Street, Room 204, Woodland, CA 95695 or emailed to ClerkoftheBoard@YoloCounty.gov.
The following information related to the project is available at the County Administrator’s Office located at 625 Court Street, Room 202 in Woodland between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, by emailing HousingPrograms@YoloCounty.gov or by telephone at (530) 666-8157:
- Amount of funds available and range of activities that may be undertaken
- Information on proposed project(s)
- Estimated amounts of funds proposed to be used for activities benefiting persons of low- and moderate-income
- Plans for minimizing displacement of persons as a result of activities associated with CDBG funds and plans for providing assistance to persons displaced as a result of CDBG-funded activities
- Records regarding the past use of CDBG funds
