The Signatures In Lieu of Filing Fee period for all individuals interested in running for Congress, state constitutional offices, Member of the State Assembly, judicial offices, and county offices in the June 2, 2026, Statewide Primary Election begins Friday, December 19, 2025, and ends Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

Signatures In Lieu of Filing Fee packets will be available by appointment starting on Friday, December 19, 2025. Interested parties can schedule an appointment online using our scheduling system: https://elections.yolocounty.gov/scheduling or by emailing the Elections Office at elections@yolocounty.gov or calling (530) 666‑8133.
