The Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency, YoloWorks!, and the Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board, in collaboration with the City of West Sacramento and the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, are thrilled to invite residents to the upcoming Yolo County Job Fair. This in-person event will be held on Thursday, October 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Galleria, located at 1110 W Capitol Ave., in West Sacramento.

“We are excited to have so many great employers come out to West Sacramento to provide our residents with professional resources and career opportunities,” said Yolo County District 1 Supervisor Oscar Villegas

Job seekers will have the invaluable opportunity to connect with up to 60 local employers from a wide array of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, construction, transportation, education, technology, and public service. This event serves as a platform for career-focused residents to explore immediate job openings and gain insights into various career paths available in Yolo County and the surrounding areas.

Nolan Sullivan, Director of the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency, highlighted the importance of this event, stating, “The Yolo County Job Fair is an exceptional opportunity for local residents to advance their careers. Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or seasonal employment, this event will connect you with employers actively looking for talent. We encourage everyone to come prepared with their resumes and take advantage of the resources available.”
